Any fees separately charged by brokers are not associated with PlatinumKeyCo. Such fees are charged by the broker and are not fees charged by or payable to PlatinumKeyCo. Applicants should request a written explanation of any broker fees and confirm those fees directly with the broker before agreeing to pay them.
Inquiry and Lending Terms
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval or funding. Final eligibility, rates, fees, and terms are determined by the participating lender. A HELOC is secured by your home.
